This idea, conceived over a casual coffee conversation, led to the development of a fruit-infused black Balsamic collection, initially aimed at local craft fairs and retail outlets. The overwhelmingly positive reception encouraged the expansion into white balsamic vinegars, resulting in the creation of five unique flavour combinations of white Italian condiment, in addition to their ten fruit-infused black balsamic vinegars.
